Return & Refund Policy – ShinyBae

At ShinyBae, we truly care about your shopping experience and satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

🔁 Returns:

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

The product must be unused and in original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.)

For hygiene reasons, earrings and rings are not eligible for return, unless damaged in transit.

💸 Refunds:

Once the return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or UPI bank transfer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed through UPI/Bank Transfer only.

🚫 No Return/Exchange for:

Sale or discount items

Customer change of mind

Size/fit issues (Please check product size before buying)
